Associate Consultants

Want to be here? You're building expertise in your field and ready to make a bigger impact. Want to develop your skills through a health equity lens while working on projects that matter?

Grow Your Practice with Purpose

Associate Consultants bring 3-7 years of experience and fresh perspectives to our collaborative practice. You'll work alongside Senior Consultants while building your expertise in health equity consulting.

Our collaborative practice model draws from proven healthcare frameworks that demonstrate superior outcomes through interprofessional partnership. Research consistently shows that when diverse professionals work together under unified goals, organizations achieve better patient outcomes, improved provider satisfaction, and more sustainable results than traditional siloed approaches.

This network model enables us to offer comprehensive expertise while maintaining the personal relationships and cultural responsiveness that Northern Ontario communities deserve. Rather than being a large, impersonal consulting firm, we operate as a coordinated team of specialists who share resources, knowledge, and accountability while maintaining individual professional autonomy. Each Associate Consultant brings their unique "shape" to our unified compass - different backgrounds, different expertise, but aligned direction toward health equity.

The advantages are clear: our clients access a full spectrum of expertise through one relationship, our consultants benefit from peer collaboration and shared learning, and our communities receive coordinated rather than fragmented support. For Associate Consultants, this means accelerated professional development through mentorship, exposure to diverse projects, and the support of an established network while building your specialized expertise.
